          Royal Breed Christian Assembly is a divine commission and ministry God gave His servant Rev Stephen ibukun Arobayo who He had spoken to at sundry times and in divers manners about preaching the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ for the Liberation and emancipation of man kind from sin, sickness, disease, and all the oppressive power of Satan and his cohorts and to raise up an army of believers for him as Royal Breed.           This call became more apparent and irresistible to him between 1990 and 1991 when in one of his night encounters God told him he had drag fitted enough concerning this assignment i.e. he had been too slow in taking action about it, if does not act right away He God will withdraw the privilege of holding up His church from him and that will reduce his life to a life of an ordinary believer. At this juncture he totally made up his mind to obey God by resigning his appointment from Ajaokuta steel company in Nigeria in August 1991. Before Nov 2nd the same year, he was ordained into a full time ministry by Bishop David Oyedepo under who he b served as youth Corp in 1983/84. However at his ordination, he was represented by Bishop Mice Afolabi an Bishop Adjeman (winners chapel Bauchi and florin respectively then) alongside some associate pastors who were not on full time yet in the then Harvesttime Pentecostal Church of which he was the General Overseer (1991-1998). On September 2nd 1998, Gospel Liberation World Outreach Ministries (GOLWOM) aka Royal chapel started which was eventually registered as Royal Breed Christian Assembly International with the Federal Republic of Nigeria companies and allied matters.
The commission is a multifaceted assignment whose primary focus is spiritual the preaching, teaching the word of God for signs and wonders and church planting activities). The secondary assignment is to establish the dominion of Christ in many fields of human endeavors by establishing institutions that demonstrate Royalty of Christ and of the Church.
